Have a Mr Coffee, 10 cup with pod dispenser

Model # BVMC-SS12XTH had the stainless steel carafe pot, and the pot leaks. The pot leaks between the upper black part and the stainless pot.
I have had it for about 6 months. It leaks badly.
Can you replace it? I checked with some of your dealers, but they don't have it.

The carafe broke at the top handle mount and sent glass and hot coffee all over the place
I would use caution when buying a Mr. Coffee product, the coffee maker carafe shattered without warning and made a glass and hot coffee mess, the combination of hot coffee and broken glass made every inch of my kitchen unsafe and forced me to purchase a cup of weak coffee from a small store on the way to work.I did buy a new replacement carafe that was a stated replacement carafe for my particular 12 cup machine, it did not fit so I have no use for it.
I guess the higher-ups wanted to cut about $1 per hundred units with the design. Pathetic!
I went out and purchased a replacement Mr. Coffee carafe that states on the box 'twelve cup replacement,' and voilà, it doesn't work in my twelve-cup coffee maker.

Replacement of coffee pot
I opened the box and found the glass curre was cracked. I was unable to use the Mr Coffee since the glass curre from my old MrCoffee did not fit.

Product malfuction
I tried to call their customer service phone multiple times and each time I got the recording and no one came on the line. Just a bunch of dead air.
Preferred solution: Someone to listen to the problem & send me a small brewing basket part. I own 4 Mr. Coffee brewers. Only one is malfunctioning. 6364586842

Mr coffee sucks
Since we have bought the coffee maker, your 1st cup of coffee is lukewarm your 2nd cup of coffee is burnt Mr. coffee maker sucks. Do you also end up with grounds in your coffee half the time biggest joke on the market

Second, Mr. coffee programmable stopped working, and the company would not replace it. It is the worst coffee maker I have ever purchased in my life and I purchased about six or seven of them.
The machine failed. I sent it back.
They sent me another one under warranty, I wasnt able to use it.
It was tucked away. I took it out to use it a year later, and after six months that one failed again their programmable coffee makers are very low quality.

Problem with coffee maker
I bought a new mr.coffee pot because it keeps over flowing in the basket and the coffee grounds go in the pot. So the same thing is happening with the new Mr.
Coffee pot. Why it is this happening? I really love my Mr coffee makers not those kurig machines everyone is buying but if this keeps happening I might change.
It is embarrassing when you have company over! PLEASE HELP!!!

Spent over $200 for a Mr. Coffee
One-Touch Coffee House+ Espresso, Cappuccino, and Latte Maker Home Coffee Machine, and it lasted about 10 months then the pump quit working.
Got a new replacement and it broke down after 10 months again. What a piece of garbage!
I will stay away from all "Mr. Coffee " products from now on.

After multiple attempts I have yet gotten through to anyone. Who has the time to sit for hours trying to get someone to answer a business phone number? Disappointed completely!

My 14 cup Mr Coffee pot cracked. I was trying to get them to send me another.
We got disconnected. This is my 3rd Coffee maker just like this, I love it, but get no help of where to find another pot.

Warranty scam
Our 14 cup coffee maker quit brewing after less than 2 months. Tried to submit warranty claim.
Filled out all required information. They required pictures so I did that. However it says the files are too large. Resized files to well under the size required, and it still says too large.
Absolute scam. Impossible to meet the online warranty requirements.
Won't let you submit with the files too large and Impossible to make them small enough. Beware!
