Mr coffee sucks
Since we have bought the coffee maker, your 1st cup of coffee is lukewarm your 2nd cup of coffee is burnt Mr. coffee maker sucks. Do you also end up with grounds in your coffee half the time biggest joke on the market

Second, Mr. coffee programmable stopped working, and the company would not replace it. It is the worst coffee maker I have ever purchased in my life and I purchased about six or seven of them.
The machine failed. I sent it back.
They sent me another one under warranty, I wasnt able to use it.
It was tucked away. I took it out to use it a year later, and after six months that one failed again their programmable coffee makers are very low quality.

Problem with coffee maker
I bought a new mr.coffee pot because it keeps over flowing in the basket and the coffee grounds go in the pot. So the same thing is happening with the new Mr.
Coffee pot. Why it is this happening? I really love my Mr coffee makers not those kurig machines everyone is buying but if this keeps happening I might change.
It is embarrassing when you have company over! PLEASE HELP!!!

The frappe blending part just all of a sudden quit working.. This was a great machine and made the drinks just right until the blending mechanism quit working. I really loved this machine too...

Bad experience
Spent over $200 for a Mr. Coffee
One-Touch Coffee House+ Espresso, Cappuccino, and Latte Maker Home Coffee Machine, and it lasted about 10 months then the pump quit working.
Got a new replacement and it broke down after 10 months again. What a piece of garbage!
I will stay away from all "Mr. Coffee " products from now on.

Problem with my coffee maker not working correctly
After multiple attempts I have yet gotten through to anyone. Who has the time to sit for hours trying to get someone to answer a business phone number? Disappointed completely!

Broken coffee pot
My 14 cup Mr Coffee pot cracked. I was trying to get them to send me another.
We got disconnected. This is my 3rd Coffee maker just like this, I love it, but get no help of where to find another pot.

Warranty scam
Our 14 cup coffee maker quit brewing after less than 2 months. Tried to submit warranty claim.
Filled out all required information. They required pictures so I did that. However it says the files are too large. Resized files to well under the size required, and it still says too large.
Absolute scam. Impossible to meet the online warranty requirements.
Won't let you submit with the files too large and Impossible to make them small enough. Beware!

Coffee maker 3 months old is defective the hot plate will not shut off burns the pot
Had mr coffee maker previously and it worked for 13 years have never bought anything but reprogramable Mr Coffee makers do not have the receipt but was bought at Walmart in Sebastian Florida

The coffee pot would not brew over a half a cup of coffee or a quarter of a cup and then it wouldnt brew nothing at all. I try to unplug it 15 minutes plug it back in Still. Id like to use my year warranty to get it really love the product, hope I can get one for my wife leaving about buying her one for my camper

Failure of thermal carafe
Thats the 2nd carafe that came unglued, this one just partially came off when I went to pour the first cup, it spilled hot coffee on my right leg and spilled coffee on the wood floor. Thank for replacing the coffee maker, Cindy with executive resolutions was very kind and helpful.
Thanks again for the replacement as this has been my favorite coffee maker. Im 76 so I have had a few.
